These are the terms for using twosky.us and buying from Two Sky. They’re written to be read, not skimmed past. If something is unclear, email us at hello@twosky.us before you order.
Who you’re buying from
Two Sky is a small shop based in Colorado. We sell work made by independent artists and small studios in Japan, on their behalf. When you place an order, you’re buying from Two Sky, and we take care of payment, customer service, and sorting out any problems. The artist packs and ships your order from their studio.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. Many pieces are one of one, so occasionally something sells in person before our stock updates. If we can’t fill your order, we’ll tell you right away and refund you in full.
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, import duties, and any sales tax are added at checkout, before you pay. Import duties are paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.
If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we’ll contact you before shipping. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping
Orders ship from Japan and usually arrive in about 2 weeks. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, since customs and carriers can add delays. If your order is going to ship much later than expected, we’ll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. Because items ship from small studios in Japan, we can’t take returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, you get the wrong item, or it never arrives, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. The full details are in our Returns & refunds policy.
About the work
Everything we sell is made by a person or a small studio, so expect some variation. Two pieces from the same series won’t be identical, and that’s normal, not a defect. Colors can also look slightly different on your screen than in person. Please check sizes and photos before ordering, and ask us if you’re not sure.
The artist’s rights
When you buy a piece, you own that physical piece. The artist keeps the copyright to their designs and artwork. That means you can’t reproduce it, print it on products, or sell copies of it without the artist’s permission.
The photos, text, and other content on twosky.us belong to Two Sky or the artists. Please don’t copy them without asking. Sharing a link or a photo of a piece you bought is always welcome.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no trying to break or overload it, no scraping. We can cancel orders or block access if we see that kind of thing.
Limits on our responsibility
We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by things outside our control, like customs holds, carrier problems, or natural disasters. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
If something goes wrong
Email us first at hello@twosky.us. Almost everything can be sorted out that way. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, and any dispute that can’t be resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts in Colorado.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
