Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind. Items ship directly from artists in Japan, and international returns are not practical for small makers.

Before ordering
Please review product descriptions, sizes, and photos. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Questions can be sent to hello@twosky.us before purchase.

Exceptions
If an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or an order does not arrive, contact hello@twosky.us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date, with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Do not return items unless asked.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are paid at checkout and are non-refundable after shipment, except in the cases listed above.
